Because Digistore24 is based in the United States and our hosting/email providers may be in the EU or US, your data may be transferred and processed outside Brazil. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards required by GDPR and LGPD (Brazil).
We keep order records for at least 5 years to comply with tax, accounting, and consumer-protection requirements under Brazilian law. Marketing-related data (such as opt-ins to the weekly tips) is kept until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Analytics data is retained in aggregated form according to each platform's defaults.

After you opt out, you will continue to receive transactional messages required to deliver products you have purchased (download links, refund confirmations, billing updates from Digistore24). These are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while you have an active order. To remove your data entirely, see Section 7 above on the right to deletion.
Our Programs are designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information through our Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), restricted access to billing data (handled exclusively by Digistore24), and regular review of our processors. No internet transmission is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
